Bethany Medical a MultiSpecialty physician practice located in Greensboro High Point Winston Salem Kernersville North Wilkesboro and Mt Airy North Carolina is seeking a Sleep Lab Technician to work in our High Point/Skeet Club location. This is an overnight parttime position. The hours will be from 7 pm on Saturday to 7 am on Sunday. Responsibilities includetechnical procedural and problemsolving aspects. Needs to be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing analysis and associated interventions related to sleep disorders.
Gathers and analyzes patient information.
Performs preparation procedures.
Performs polysomnographic procedures.
Performs polysomnographic recording scoring.
Qualifications
Completing an accredited educational program leads to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.
Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a statelicensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience.
Documented proficiency at all competencies required of a polysomnographic technologist or certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.
