How will I help
As a Senior Manager; Commercial Transactions you will provide strategic commercial support across the Cash and Transactional Banking Line of Business (LOB) for customer and supplier engagements strategic partnerships driving improved performance and supporting the digital environment with innovative contractual design and offerings.
You will also take a proactive role in analysing advising structuring and negotiating commercial agreements in line with Cash and Transactional Banking objectives broader strategic goals and policies of Westpac Group. Your success will be measured on your ability to provide commercial legal advice on the impacts of contractual risks and managing the relationship with business stakeholders (including Legal Risk Procurement etc).
