Analyst Program I2025 Corporate Analyst Program
The Corporate Analyst Program at Fiserv is designed for recent graduates who are looking to jumpstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers valuable handson experience professional development and the chance to work with experienced professionals across the enterprise. Participants will engage in rotational assignments receive mentoring and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Fiserv. The program spans 22.5 years and consists of two structured assignments within one specific job track. Analysts will have opportunities to contribute to significant projects and gain exposure to senior leadership.
Business Analysis Analyst
What does a successful Business Analysis Analyst doA successful Business Analysis Analyst at Fiserv works with skilled professionals to analyze business requirements identify improvement areas and help develop effective solutions. This role offers practical experience and broad exposure to the organization positioning you for advancement within Fiserv.
What you will do:
Analyze business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports.
Support data gathering and analysis efforts.
Offer innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelors degree program and/or equivalent military experience.
GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
02 years of previous work experience.
What would be great to have:
Previous internship experience.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range:
$45000.00$59600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
