Description of the Role:
The Business Development Center Assistant Manager at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Opportunities for advancement with a brand new dealership and location coming in 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
- Assist BDC Manager in meeting monthly goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in auto sales or dealership business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software
