Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM
As a JuniorProduct Data Specialist youll play a key role in managing product data ensuring accuracy consistency and efficiency. Youll oversee the endtoend process of product listings while collaborating with teams to maintain high standards and drive improvements. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.
WHAT YOULL DO
- create product listings (SKUs) in English ensuring they meet company guidelines
- check product data for accuracy and completeness
- update and adjust product details as needed
- ensure highquality and consistent product information
- manage the endtoend process of creating product listings on time
- conduct simple analyses
- provide product information when requested
- quickly identify and fix any errors in product data
- suggest ways to improve processes and tools to make work more efficient
YOU COME WITH
- fluent English (C1 minimum)
- strong selforganisation and ability to manage tasks independently
- flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities
- excellent communication skills (knowledge of the Principle Pyramid is a plus)
- confidence in handling large volumes of data
- a collaborative mindset supporting team goals and colleagues
- commitment to highquality work and continuous improvement
