Job Description
Noreast Cleaners is seeking a selfmotivated Route Sales Driver to join our team. S/he will be the face of to our home and office delivery clients and will service their regular clients; expand our services to current clients and grow and develop new clients. Your clients are in Hamilton and Wenham north and east of Beverly.

Pay is $19.00/hr with a bonus incentive plan and tips from customers
Duties & Responsibilities for Route Sales Drivers Include:
Develop business for commission in your route area.
Loading your van and researching discrepancies within the delivery manifest.
Delivering/picking up from approx. 70 100 possible stops in a timely manner.
Growing existing routes
Build & retain strong relationships with clients you serve.
Requirements for Route Sales Drivers Include:
Professional demeanor and appearance
Outgoing personality
A valid Massachusetts Drivers License
A safe incidentfree driving record. A driving record will be requested.
Must be able to work in inclement weather lift up to 40 pounds and exit and enter a vehicle frequently.
Previous sales or route service experience is a plus.
