As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Payments Technology and Operations Products you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that align with the firms business objectives. Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure ontime delivery of technology solutions.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing regular updates and ensuring transparency in simple and easy to consume manner tailored to target audience.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership highlighting key achievements challenges and areas for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Run budget process for programs collect book of work demand and estimates facilitate priority discussions funding agreements etc
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Experience with multiyear program and delivery while owning and managing multiple work streams concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Ability to partner influence and thrive in a globalmatrixed organization embrace collaboration.
- Ability to be a selfstarter and selflearner that thrives on solving challenges in complex environments.

- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decisionmaking across crossfunctional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable ondemand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources budgets and highperforming teams in a fastpaced agile environment
