RESSCO is looking for a Regional Leasing Consultant to Lease Apartment Units inLucas County and Monroe County. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. Responsibilities:
Occupancy Performance:
- Ability to Sell and Close!!!
- Must have Property Management experience
- Must have Yardi experience
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Metrics KPIs).
- Lease apartments at assigned properties to achieve increased occupancy to meet revenue objectives.
- Execute marketing plans to increase traffic.
- Audit ILS content and post Craigslist ads.
- Understand comp set at assigned properties
- Ability to optimize our value and neutralize the competition when overcoming objections.
- Prompt followup and followthrough on prospects and applicants.
- Maintaining accurate and organized lease files and traffic activity reports.
- Inspect apartments for movein readiness to ensure a positive movein experience.
Resident Retention:
- Assist in lease renewal programs.
- Coordinate and host resident activities.
- Communicate skillfully with all inquiries
Soft Skills
- Lease up / Leasing experience preferred
- Intermediate MS Word/Excel knowledge
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Personable and energetic with a great phone presence
- Prompt followup and followthrough on prospects and applicants.
- Ability to perform Community Outreach
