Job Description

Join Our Team as a Level II Maintenance Technician and Keep Our Production Running Strong!

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Level II Maintenance Technician to help power our manufacturing operations. In this handson role youll play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing equipment reliability ensuring smooth production flow and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooted equipment malfunctions using systematic diagnostic techniques.
  • Perform mechanical alignments install/replace components and adjust systems to meet performance standards.
  • Complete preventive maintenance and major overhauls on motors conveyor systems and other production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues including wiring lighting and control systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
  • Document all maintenance activities in our CMMS to support future planning and equipment reliability.
  • Mentored and trained junior technicians and team members.
  • Recommend process improvements based on equipment performance insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 2year Technical Degree preferred).
  • 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent skill set.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Experience with machine shop tools measuring devices and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Excellent multitasking and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to grow train others and stay current with new technologies.

  • Complete annual maintenance skills assessments and related training.
  • Always follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe clean and hazardfree work environment.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to all environmental protocols and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to safely work in an industrial environment with physical demands including standing bending lifting and working around machinery.
