Job Description
The Production Shift Supervisor will supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plants production activities with a focus on safety quality continuous process improvements and production efficiencies.
The Production Shift Supervisor will:
- Monitor job change progress and assist in quality decisions
- Input key shift performance indicators into production databases
- Audit for process control and enforce standardized work
- Ensure that employees are trained and are knowledgeable of department procedures
The Production Shift Supervisor should have:
- Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
- Strong background with scheduling (people operations logistics preventative maintenance)
- Proven ability to coach motivate and lead hourly employees
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be able to work an 8 hour rotating schedule (with weekend and holiday requirements)
- Must have previous experience in the glass industry
- At least 1 year of experience supervising people and leading processes in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $85000 $98000 and includes a possible 12 quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
