Job Description
Prepare/assist in preparation of conceptual studies designs reports or proposals and develop study programs specifications budget and schedules for projects of varying complexities of hydro power project and pumped storage projects.
Qualifications :
Educational Background: Masters Degree in Water Resource Engineering/Hydraulics/Hydrology
Experince: 1015years
Software Proficiency
- HECRAS software
- Hammer (Bentley) WHAMO
- MS Excel Candidate should have ability to develop automated hydraulic computations using MACROS / VBE subroutines
Having Knowledge in:
- One dimensional water profile estimation and preparation of rating curve of river/open channel
- Steady and unsteady flow analysis of open channel (free flow)
- Steady and unsteady flow analysis of pipe flow (pressure flow)
- headloss calculation in pipe flow (pressure flow)
- Mass oscillation and water hammer in pressurised water system
- Hydraulics of Spillways Ogee type Sluice type broad crested weir etc.
- Hydraulics of energy dissipation systems like trajectory bucket roller bucket & stilling basin etc.
- Hydraulic model study
