Job Description
Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: Dec. 16 2025 with potential to extend.
Work set up: Hybrid 3 days inoffice 2 days remote per week)
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to be responsible for planning executing and overseeing various projects. This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. The successful candidate will support our Clients inhouse creative team working within and contributing to an integrated Brand Design System.
This position will operate within our Clients open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multidisciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage creative projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Challenge and qualify briefs to ensure delivery of effective content and support prioritisation of projects against business goals.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans timelines and schedules to drive project success.
- Oversee and manage project budgets including cost forecasting and financial tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders creative team members and external partners to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the creative team encouraging creative thinking and problemsolving.
- Utilize project management and design software to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure projects are relevant and impactful.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative or marketing environment including managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience with financial services role or accounts would be a bonus.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana) and design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
