You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Senior Executive Travel Coordinator with a strong background in travel management and coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a reputable travel agency a smart sense of travel planning and excellent command of the English language. You will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of travel arrangementsboth individual and groupfor business conferences meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan book and manage domestic and international travel for employees and executives including flights hotels ground transport and visa arrangements
Coordinate complex itineraries involving multiple travelers and destinations ensuring efficiency and costeffectiveness
Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to company travel policies
Able to provide support during travel periods for lastminute changes or emergencies
Maintain updated records of travel documents such as passports visas and insurance
Consolidate travelrelated reports and reconciliations as needed and provide insights on the value of each trip by evaluating associated costs against trip outcomes and reports
Stay updated on travel regulations restrictions and global safety protocols
Deliver a seamless professional and pleasant travel experience for all stakeholders
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency or corporate travel management / coordination role
Strong understanding of international travel requirements visa processes and travel insurance
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in travel booking platforms tools and MS Office Suite
Exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities under tight deadlines
A serviceoriented mindset with attention to detail
