Job Description
ISN Corp is seeking Budget Analysts to support the operations of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) program.
Functional Responsibilities:
Assists the OCDETF and Fusion Center Budget Group and Fusion Center Program Manager with fiscal program management support as appropriate to include planning and preparing budget submissions and descriptions performing regular financial and program analysis developing routine and ad hoc financial and program reports providing status of program funds; and preparing financial and other reporting for the OCDETF and Fusion Center Budget Group. Ensures that project expenditures are correctly obligated as described in the interagency agreement between OCDETF and Fusion Center partners and are within proper policy guidelines regulations and contractual obligations by performing daily onsite fiscal management and oversight.
Qualifications :
Active TS clearance is required and must be SCI eligible
Knowledge of and experience with applying federal budget formulation practices.
Ability and experience in conducting financial and program analysis.
Ability and experience in tracking expenditures.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to compile complex reports.
Education:
Budget Analyst I Bachelors degree OR 4 years experience
Budget Analyst II Bachelors degree AND 2 years experience
Budget Analyst III Bachelors degree AND 6 years experience OR Masters degree and 4 years experience
Budget Analyst IV Bachelors degree AND 8 years experience OR Masters degree and 6 years experience
