Job Description
As a Senior Order to Cash Operations Specialist you will:
- Act as a subject matter expert in customer master data quote creation sales order control and invoicing within a global ABS team.
- Ensure effective and efficient of operational tasks in alignment with global EndtoEnd (E2E) Market to Cash (MtC) processes and supporting tools.
- Drive operations to meet KPI commitments while maintaining process consistency and quality.
- Provide input on local business needs to inform the global MtC process design and help achieve target performance metrics.
- Safeguard operational compliance with policies laws and regulations based on guidance from internal experts.
- Ensure alignment with both internal and external customer expectations while developing and maintaining expertise in MtC operations.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement and transformation initiatives focused on standardization automation and process optimization.
- Oversee planning and prioritization of operations especially during seasonal business peaks.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Global Enabling Services and/or the MarkettoCash domain.
- Bachelor s degree preferably in Finance Business Economics or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge and handson experience with SAP ECC particularly in areas related to Order to Cash and Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Strong understanding of applicable laws regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Affinity with emerging IT tools and trends such as S/4HANA RPA process monitoring and customer portals.
- Experience in change management and operational planning.
You should possess the ability to:
- Take accountability for process performance and results.
- Optimize work processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively balance stakeholder needs and maintain strong customer focus.
- Make sound decisions under pressure and manage operational complexity.
- Collaborate across crossfunctional and global teams.
