Housing Business Analyst
South West England
450 pd Outside IR35
Initial 3month contract to be extended for 12 months
Full time 5 days per week
Hybrid 1 days in the office per month

As the Housing Business Analyst within the South West Council you will be part of the team responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the NEC housing system within the Authority.
Your Role as the Project Manager for Capital Projects:
- To create Use Case Descriptions for system functionality linking these with the Solution Design.
- Matching System functionality to tasks within the business processes.
- Process mapping AS IS and TO BE business processes including making changes updates and amends.
- Attending NEC workshops and supporting the existing BA to attend other NEC workshops when there is a clash.
- To own the Security Spreadsheet and contact Housing Teams about who they want to be able to access which functionality.
- To check through the documentation before it is shared with the project and housing teams.
Your Previous experience as a Repairs and Maintenance Manager:
- Knowledge and experience with Northgate/NEC Housing.
- Preferred experience in the following Northgate/NEC Modules: Housing Advice Allocations Planned Maintenance Assets Asset Performance and Customer Services.
- Experience with Business analysis within the Housing Sector.
- Previously completed large project implementations of Housing Management Systems.
- Experience within Local Authorities preferably in Social Housing.
