In this role you will be responsible for implementing configuring and administrating SuccessFactors Talent: Performance & Goals Succession & you are passionate about talent processes SAP technologies and delighting customers with creative approacheswe want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors specializing in the talent processes including Performance & Goals Succession & Development Compensation Management Learning Management and talent related Platform features.
- Analyze business requirements identify gaps and recommend best practices to turn them into effective SuccessFactors Talent processes.
- Lead projects from scoping to requirements gathering to configuration and testing deployment and golive.
- Unleash your expertise by analyzing consulting designing and implementing cuttingedge HR business process applications.
- Lead engaging training sessions and handson workshops.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management.
- Knowledge of HR processes best practices with a focus on Talent Management as a minimum.
- Experience in Platform features integration reporting and analytics experience is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Information Technology or related field.
- Ambitious eager to learn strongly customeroriented and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
