You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Field Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance tasks for singlefamily homes within the market ensuring the properties meet the standards for being rentready. This includes supervising field staff and vendors coordinating repairs turnovers inspections and performing other maintenancerelated tasks. The Field Manager will drive efficiency and ensure quality across the team while maintaining a strong customerfocused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five to seven years of maintenance experience with multifamily/singlefamily residential property maintenance or similar background. Three to five years of construction knowledge electrical plumbing carpentry skills or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three to five years supervisory/management experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid state drivers license and proof of insurance.
HVAC certification is preferred.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages and square footage. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing software internet software and the ability to adapt to innovative technology.
