PeopleFocused Leader: Proven ability to motivate coach and develop teams in a manufacturing setting.
Operational Expertise: Minimum 23 years leading complex highspeed manufacturing operations across multiple lines.
Strategic Thinker: Strong background in managing balanced scorecards/KPIs including safety quality efficiency and cost.
ProblemSolver: Skilled in continuous improvement lean principles e.g. six sigma and driving operational excellence.
TechSavvy: Experience with automation and digital manufacturing tools with the ability to train and support teamsin adopting new technology.
Technical Background: A degree or relevant qualification in a technical or business field is preferred providing the expertise necessary for effective leadership in complex manufacturing operations.
Growth Potential: Ready to develop into afuture business leader for example Plant Manager with strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop Teams: Manage and mentor pouch operating teams across multiple lines and shifts fostering a highperformance culture throughcoaching engagement and continuous development.
Inspire & Integrate: Build a strong team dynamic by ensuring clear communication collaboration and alignment with business goals.
Drive Operational Success: Implement and manage manufacturing plans to meet and exceed KPIs focusing on efficiency cost and continuous improvement.
Champion Safety & Quality:Lead initiatives to maintain the highest standards in food safety and workplace safety while instilling a safetyfirst mindset in your team.
Innovate with Automation & Digital :Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring teams are trained and confident in digital tools.
Be a visible and collaborative Leader: Play a critical role in theSite Leadership Team (SLT) fostering strong relationships through collaboration with other functions. Support the Plant Manager and develop leadership skills for future advancement.
