Description
Position: Helpdesk Specialist (Junior)
Location: Elizabeth City NC (Onsite Work)
Duration: Fulltime with CompQsoft
Our client: United States Coast Guard (USCG)
Functional Responsibility:
- Provides Phone and inperson support to users in the areas of email directories standard windows desktop applications and other applications.
- May Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware/software PC and printer problems.
- Account Management: To include creation removal and modification of user accounts.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications:
- Two 2 years of experience to include knowledge of PC operating systems e.g. DOS Windows as well as networking.
- Experience in Remedy Ticketing System
- Candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.
