WHO YOU ARE:
As the Director of Product Management you will lead a team of product managers drive product vision and roadmap and align crossfunctional teams to deliver worldclass InsurTech solutions. Youll partner closely with engineering underwriting claims compliance and gotomarket teams to ensure our products deliver value to customers and meet business goals.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Strategic Leadership: Own and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap for our InsurTech platform.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and grow a highperforming team of product managers.
- CustomerCentric Approach: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through market research and usage data.
- & Delivery: Collaborate with engineering design and data teams to define requirements prioritize backlogs and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Crossfunctional Alignment: Work with sales marketing legal compliance and operations to launch and support products in a regulated environment.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use analytics and KPIs to drive product decisions track performance and improve outcomes.
- Domain Expertise: Stay current on trends in the insurance industry regulatory changes and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- 12 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building and scaling digital products in a regulated industry ideally insurance InsurTech or FinTech.
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in technology or related field
- Experience working with APIdriven platforms and integrating with thirdparty data sources or partners
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Technical fluencyable to engage with engineering teams on architecture APIs and data models.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like SQL Looker Tableau etc.
- Experience in delivering Cloud Native Modern Tech Stacks and Customer/Sales Channel facing products.
- Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
- Ability to foster teamwork build collaborative teams and develop and mentor others.
- Ability to work independently with advanced strategic thinking skills.
- Must be able to travel on need basis to meet clients/attending events.
