Medical Group Employed with excellent compensation starting at $550k annual plus a comprehensive benefits package. Four physician model will allow for 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation 13 weeks off/year) with the ability to trade days/weeks off with partners. Annually the call burden is split 4 ways with every postcall day off and 1 weekend/month call. Level 3 trauma center and inhouse CRNA allow for home call.
