This position will report to the HQ Sales Operations Systems Director and will provide support in executing key Company initiatives as it relates to Salesforce and the WW Sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to be solved within Salesforce Clari and integrated applications
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems processes and procedures
• Translate complex business requirements into streamlined process design and technical Salesforce implementation
• Assist with implementing process organization testing training and maintenance strategy
• Own and manage runthebusiness Salesforce enhancements as well as large changethebusiness projects
• Represent the interests of Pure business groups (e.g. Finance Renewals Sales Management Sales Ops Legal etc. in supporting their businesses across sales applications (primarily SFDC along with other integrated applications)
• Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure that design development and testing are completed successfully for project implementation
• NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Skills you may have in this area are valuable but development efforts will be performed by our IT team

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce architecture. Deep understanding and experience around Sales Cloud data model (Opportunities Accounts etc. core SFDC principles (profile roles sharing rules validation rules reports & dashboards etc. Salesforce CPQ and Lightning UX
• SFDC Admin Certification
• Certification in Lean SixSigma Pure Excellences Methodology is preferred. This entails the ability to identify and eliminate waste; to improve flow; and to leverage the DMAIC problem solving approach
• Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) preferred
• Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environment
• Demonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finish
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

We are primarily an inoffice environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara California office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $163000 $246000.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
