We are actively seeking to create a more diverse institutional culture because teamsare stronger and more innovative with different perspectives and are seeking two K8 School Based Elementary Special Education Teachers and a K12Special Education Teacher primarily for case management for the SchoolYearSummary: To provide direct services to students individually or in small groups in compliancewith IEP : Vermont Special Education licensure K8 K12 or eligibility for licensureEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Remedial literacy and math instruction curriculum planning trauma informed practices casemanagement experience and studentcentered practices are highly desirable traits. Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with all school staff and families Qualified candidates will document a strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven instructional skills Interest willingness and/or experience integrating and advancing practices of diversityequity and inclusion Literacy and math instruction and curriculum planning within specialized instruction Trauma informed practices studentcentered IEP implementation. Implementation of the special education process from evaluations through IEP Case management in alignment with special education rules and regulations.
