Location:Various locations across Louisiana (New Orleans Baton Rouge Alexandria Lake Charles Lafayette Thibodaux Hammond Monroe Bossier City)
Employment Type:Per Diem (Emergency Staffing)
Hourly Rate:$35.00/hr (negotiable based on contract)

Position Overview:
The LCSW will provide critical behavioral health services during statedeclared emergencies working in settings includingMedical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS) Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS) urgent care centers and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA).

Qualifications:
- Licensure:Active LCSW license in any U.S. state
- Experience:1 years in clinical social work or behavioral health required
- Technical Skills:Mental health assessments crisis intervention counseling case management
- Soft Skills:Empathy active listening cultural competence crisis management
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments
- Provide crisis intervention and shortterm counseling
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate care with medical teams
- Connect patients with community resources
- Document services and maintain records
- Provide traumainformed care
