Due to the secure nature of the role All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level.

Starting Salary is 24700 with twiceyearly increments subject to performance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Join our Service Desk team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT support our valued clients over the phone.

Key Tasks:
Provide over the phone technical support for incoming queries related to system software hardware and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Logging and managing service requests via bespoke applications.
Provide excellent customer service.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements for our clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

An understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will have the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot within a busy environment.
You will have the ability to work independently.
Experience in Service Desk or IT Support would be advantageous but not essential.
