Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced analyst for our Intelligence & Analytics team in driving innovation quality best practices and standardization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities proficient in Salesforce testing tools and methodologies and strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and customization
Responsibilities:
Architecting and designing analytics solutions that leverage Salesforce CRM data to provide actionable insights for business users.
Developing data models and structures to organize and optimize data for analytics purposes within Salesforce CRM.
Creating interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics tools (e.g. Einstein Analytics Salesforce Reports and Dashboards).
Customizing Salesforce CRM to integrate with external data sources and analytics tools for comprehensive data analysis and visualization.
Integrating data from multiple sources into Salesforce CRM to enable holistic analytics and reporting capabilities.
Implementing automation processes for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) to ensure data accuracy and consistency for analytics
Optimizing data queries reports and dashboards for performance to deliver fast and efficient analytics solutions.
Providing training and support to endusers on using analytics tools within Salesforce CRM to empower datadriven decisionmaking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
57 years of experience in CRM analytics development with expertise in advanced analytics.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
Experience in data modeling data visualization and analytics solution design.
Knowledge of ETL processes data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and business processes.
Programming skills in languages like Salesforce Apex SQL or Python.
Certification in Salesforce CRM and analytics tools is a plus.

Education
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
