Position Overview:
The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across Canada Gooses supply chain network. This position is responsible for processing and verifying receiving documentation executing systemic inventory transactions and coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished goods across internal facilities and thirdparty logistics 3PL) partners. The Inventory Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inventory management resolve discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement in inventory practices. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while embodying the core values of Canada Goose.
What Youll Do:
- Accurately process and verify all receiving documentation to ensure timely and correct inventory entry
- Partner with the Inventory Analyst and Supervisor to uphold inventory accuracy across Canada Gooseowned facilities and contractor sites
- Execute daily ERP transactions related to raw materials and finished goods including transfers and purchase order processing
- Coordinate outbound shipments from all production sites by creating pick routes scheduling pickups and reporting inbound shipments to 3PL providers
- Investigate and reconcile shipping discrepancies promptly to minimize disruption in the supply chain
- Track and report monthly lead times for finished goods processing
- Participate in daily operations calls with thirdparty logistics partners to support alignment and issue resolution
Lets Talk About You:
- 24 years of related experience preferably within a warehouse logistics or supply chain environment
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Supply chain certification (e.g. APICS CSCMP) considered an asset
- All raw material receipts are verified and processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Outbound raw material shipments are executed with efficiency and precision
- Pick routes for outbound finished goods are completed with exceptional accuracy supporting ontime deliveries
- Strong collaborative relationships are maintained with internal teams and external partners to support smooth inventory operations
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proficient in ERP systems with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 preferred as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills; able to extract insights from data and make informed recommendations
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment
