InnoTech Summer Graduate Internship 2025 Health Care Delivery Enterprise Engineering AI

This program is an 11week fulltime opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking development and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future fulltime roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a postgraduation role.

The summer internship program is from May 28 August 8 2025.

CVS Health follows a 3 day in office generally Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday) hybrid work model providing officebased colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home office or another location of your choice.

Our office locations for this role are Scottsdale AZ or Hartford CT or Woonsocket RI. A housing stipend may be provided based on eligibility and interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired. The hourly rate is $27.50 per hour with 40 hours per week July 4th off (company holiday) and two days of paid leave. Please disregard the range listed below.

What you will do

Our Enterprise Engineering Team is leading our next generation of GenAI solutions and autonomous agent systems. As a new team you will work under experienced Principal Engineers to assist the enterprise in implementing productiongrade AI systems.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT) Optional Practical Training (OPT) and F1 Visa programs.

Required Qualifications

• Meet Education Requirements (see Education section)

• Demonstrated proficiency in .NET framework .Net Core C# TypeScript JavaScript

• Database experience or knowledge with both SQL and NoSQL architectures

• Must be able to code in Python

• Knowledge or experience in Azure cloud environments

• Knowledge or experience in retrievalaugments generation (RAG)

• Knowledge or experience using Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge or experience inn Vector Databases (FAISS Pinecone)

• Must be proactive selfstarter that leads with Innovation and Growth Mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience (e.g. student organizations sports or workrelated projects)

• Internship or work experience in a related field

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• An interest in obtaining fulltime position within CVS Health upon graduation

• Strong understanding of AI technology experience or studies in the area is preferred

• Knowledge or experience in ML systems/frameworks (Py Torch/TensorFlow)

• Knowledge or experience in Software Design and Architecture is a plus

Education

• Currently pursuing a Masters degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026

• Preferred majors include Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering
