FullTime: Access Network
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals across day programs inhome services and vocational training.
- Ensure highquality service delivery aligned with individual needs and agency standards.
- Assist with living skills health maintenance personal care and behavior support.
- Coordinate staff schedules training and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines.
- Collaborate with families care teams and community partners.
- Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 12 years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities or human services.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
- Ability to pass background check and physical requirements (lifting mobility etc..
