Job Description
Description of Service Opportunity:
Translate presentations and worksheets for CKLA units (Grades 14 into Portuguese after the teachers guide is completed.
Review Portuguese text for Grades 3 & 4 ensuring accuracy and formatting consistency.
Make any necessary edits and revisions for clarity and accuracy.
Coordinate with the curriculum team and adhere to unit completion schedules.
* Work: 5 hours per week
MinimumRequirements:
Required education and experience:
Bachelors degree or higher in ESL Bilingual Education or a foreign language.
Native fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
Length of Contract:
December 9 2024 to March 30 2025
Contract Amount:
Not exceed $1400.00
Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a nonexemptemployee and have worked more than 40 hours a week you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours.
