Physician Geriatric Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
PartTime or FullTime
12 Hours per Week Minimum
8Hour and 4Hour Shifts Available
Monday through Friday
No OnCall
Exact Hours Negotiable
FULLTIME COMPENSATION:
$190000 to $220000 Annual Income
Base Salary ProductivityBased Bonus Structure

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2013 and currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians behavioral health professionals and nutrition professionals along with a robust support staff operating out of offices in Germantown. The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and locations.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a geriatric primary care role taking care to patients in place. The practice sees patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs) private homes and via telemedicine visits.
The new physician will be scheduled at one 1 building per day with occasional nearby private home visits ensuring littletono driving during the day.
The territory for the position includes Bethesda Rockville and Kensington.
Physicians see between 12 and 18 patients per day.
The clinical duties of the role include but are not limited to:
evaluation and management of geriatric patients
chronic disease management
annual checkups
minor illness / injury care
The practice uses the Office Ally EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
Maryland medical license
DEA
Board Certification or Eligibility relevant field
no experience required
