Position Title Testing Center Specialist Location Gonzales Campus Job Type Parttime Appointment Appointed by the Chancellor of the College upon recommendation of the Vice Chancellor of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Director of Workforce Reporting Line The Testing Center Specialist is a professional staff member who reports to the Assessment Center Coordinator. This role collaborates with other RPCC Testing Proctors RPCC faculty and staff the Executive Director of Workforce and other college personnel. Position Summary The Testing Center Specialist supports the Testing Center in data entry proctoring and coordinating assessment and testing services across all campuses and offsite projects. The Testing Center Proctor is responsible for overseeing and administering exams in a secure professional and distractionfree environment across multiple testing sites. This role requires strict adherence to testing protocols attention to detail and strong customer service skills to assist test candidates efficiently. The proctor must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously maintain assessment integrity and work effectively in a fastpaced setting. Additionally the proctor ensures compliance with institutional state and national testing regulations while maintaining operational readiness for all testing locations.
