Job Description
Our client is a wellknown Swedish provider of CRM products with 30 years of experience. In 2022 they launched their first engineering team in Poland. Now they are expanding their presence and want to hire a Fullstack Engineer who will focus on internal products.
Were looking for a Fullstack Engineer who will join a small team of 3 experienced engineers. You will work on projects aimed at the constant improvement of authentification processes on the CRM platform. The team follows the ShapeUp methodology which is similar to Scrum.

Salary:
- B2B:PLN net daily ( net/monthly) VAT
Working model: Hybrid
Location: Krakow ul. Krupnicza 3 hybrid 35 days a week from the office)
Recruitment process:
- Interview with the Lead 30 min.
- A practical exercise to demonstrate your skills (we respect your time and aim to keep it reasonable)
- Technical interview with Engineers 90 min.
- Final meeting with the Business Unit Director 30 min.
Responsibilities:
- Building the backend and frontend of the CRM system working in a team of 45 experienced engineers
- Listening to and discussing ideas with Product Managers users and our CTO to make the right tech decisions
- Working closely with other engineers to make sure the system operates scales well and the authentification for platform users runs smoothly
- Constantly improving your work by experimenting with tech process tooling delivery pipeline and more.
Requirements:
- Approximately 4 years of professional working experience as a software engineer.
- You are comfortable working with PHP and Javascript and/or have experience working with frameworks such as Laravel >7 and VueJS.
- Excellent oral written and English communication skills
- Being able to plan your work and use/apply agile ceremonies (standups retros etc.
- Familiarity with Docker
- At least elementary knowledge of Python would be a great asset.
