Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Workshop Department to lead and manage departments within our jewellery manufacturing workshop. This pivotal role requires a strong background in manufacturing coupled with significant management experience. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and leading a dedicated team to achieve excellence.
Requirements
- Experience:510 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a proven track record of managing a workshop or production team.
- Management Skills:Demonstrated leadership abilities including team management performance evaluation and conflict resolution.
- Technical Expertise:Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes materials and techniques.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members senior management and external stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving:Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions and implement effective solutions.
