Job Description
The Associate Manager Brand Design at Ei is responsible for shaping and executing the visual identity of the brand across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of design principles and a passion for storytelling through visual mediums. The Associate Manager will lead the creation of visually compelling designs that resonate with Eis diverse audience ensuring consistency across all customerfacing materials. Additionally the role involves managing and mentoring a design team developing efficient workflows and collaborating closely with the marketing and communications teams to align design strategies with Eis mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in brand design particularly within the education or social impact sector and a proven ability to deliver highquality work within budget and timelines.
