The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Payment Strategy Marketing & Operations the Manager will lead the payment marketing team delivering exciting marketing campaigns that increases customer/cardholder engagement and loyalty to the HSN brand while optimizing the team processes and applying main wholehouse marketing events and programming. You will also cultivate bank marketing partnership to ensure agreement in marketing strategy and seamless of payment marketing roadmap through curated marketing campaigns.

  • Role is hybridremote and based in West Chester PA.

Your Impact

  • Lead HSNs Payment Marketing team (which consists of marketing strategy planning and driving customer/cardholder acquisition increased loyalty and profitable growth of the HSN private label credit card program (PLCC).
  • Lead in the strategy creation and of the monthly HSN PLCC marketing calendar and PLCC crossacceptance marketing initiatives between HSN and QVC.
  • Analyze monthly quarterly and annual marketing campaign results for leadership share out; provide future marketing optimizations and recommendations based on performance results.
  • Partner with HSN/QVCs Senior Manager of Payment Strategy and Operations to develop longterm marketing strategies while deepening 3rd party partnerships within PLCC as well as other key partners (where applicable) within the gift card and alternative payment provider industries (i.e. Synchrony Bank Blackhawk PayPal traditional credit card networks and latest payment providers) to identify and maximize opportunities leading to new customer acquisition increased loyalty incremental spend and share of wallet utilizing preferred forms of payment.
  • Research and monitor industry trends innovations and marketing best practices including those utilizing credit card loyalty programs mobile commerce etc.
  • Work with all partners to ensure all payment marketing campaigns are communicated supported and executed across all platforms and channels (via live onair television email social streaming digital etc).
  • Help develop execute and optimize the annual PLCC marketing innovation and research budgets each year to maximize acquisition and lifecycle marketing opportunities (targeted and mass campaigns).
  • Integrate customer surveys insights research and campaign performance into future marketing plans and activities.

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience driving strategy of targeted and mass customer acquisition/lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels including digital broadcast email direct mail mobile call center and vendor communications
  • 5 years experience partnering with Finance Legal and other teams to inform and track performance of mass and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • 5 years experience presenting marketing plan and results to leadership.
  • 5 years experience monitoring inflight campaigns to identify potential issues and troubleshoot with internal and external partners.
  • 5 years experience developing an annual budget planning process to maximize marketing opportunities.
