About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager with a background in the service
industry ideally within QA or a similar domain. This role is crucial for driving our recruitment
success and ensuring we meet our strategic talent goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at
managing the endtoend recruitment process establishing strong client relationships and
leading a highperforming recruitment team to close positions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and :
o Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the
company s goals and the evolving needs of our projects.
o Prioritize and plan multiple requirements ensuring timely closures of open
positions.
Team Management and Mentorship:
o Lead mentor and guide a recruitment team fostering a culture of excellence
and high performance.
o Establish team KPIs and monitor their performance to optimize recruitment
processes.
Stakeholder and Client Engagement:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients addressing
recruitment needs with clear communication and swift action.
o Conduct regular checkins with stakeholders to manage expectations gather
feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
Process Improvement and Planning:
o Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
enhance candidate experience and reduce hiring timelines.
o Leverage data analytics to provide insights on recruitment metrics and
improve overall hiring outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience 10 years) as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager
within the service industry or a similar QAfocused company.
Strong clientfacing abilities with demonstrated experience managing highpriority
recruitment needs.
Excellent planning organizational and multitasking skills with a history of handling
multiple requirements and achieving closures efficiently.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build
relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
A strategic mindset with the ability to foresee recruitment needs and create
actionable plans to meet those needs.
Strong datadriven decisionmaking abilities utilizing recruitment analytics to drive hiring
success.
Mandatory Criteria:
Experience: 10 years in a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager role
with relevant expertise in the service industry or a QAfocused company.
Location: Ability to work from our Bangalore office.
ClientFacing Skills: Strong capability to interact and communicate with clients
to manage recruitment needs effectively.
Team Management: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams setting
