Job Description

Brief job description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gaiter Operator. As an Operator youre pivotal in maintaining the daily operation of cuttingedge robotic devices designed to aid individuals with gait disabilities. Your role ensures the safety and efficiency of therapy sessions by monitoring and adjusting settings as needed. Additionally youll engage with patients accurately document session details and provide clear explanations of the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities:

1.Robotic Rehabilitator Operation:
  • Skillfully operate and manage advanced robotic rehabilitators ensuring precise setup and configuration tailored to each patients specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand individual patient profiles and customize robotic assistance accordingly.
  • Monitor and adjust robotic system parameters in realtime to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation sessions.
2. Patient Interaction:
  • Engage with patients in a professional and empathetic manner fostering a supportive environment during rehabilitation sessions.
  • Educate patients about the robotic rehabilitation process addressing any questions or concerns they may have with clarity and compassion.
3. Technical Assistance:
  • Possess a solid understanding of medical devices and electronics to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems promptly.
4. Data Recording and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information progress and session details postrehabilitation.
  • Work alongside the medical team to analyze collected data enabling informed decisions regarding the rehabilitation plan.
5. Maintenance and Safety:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic rehabilitators to uphold optimal functionality and longevity.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of both patients and staff during all rehabilitation sessions.
6.Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of advancements in medical devices electronics and gait rehabilitation techniques through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field to provide the highest standard of care.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in medical device technology electronics and biomechanics.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of gait anatomy and related disabilities is an advantage.
  • Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Attentive to detail problemsolving skills adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Passion for helping individuals with disabilities and a drive to contribute to their rehabilitation journey
Educational qualification :
  • Diploma/ITI in ECE or Mech preferred
Experience : 01 Years
