Who You Are: You are a senior technical lead with 7 years of experience leading engineering teams. You have strong leadership skills and expertise in software development.
What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor engineering teams.
Drive technical decisions and ensure project success.
Define technical standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and resources.
Promote a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g. Java Python C).
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
