Join a thriving Citybased financial planning firm as we embark on an exciting growth journey. Were seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to help drive the expansion of our mortgage business working with professional timepoor clients in London who value expert holistic advice.

With an established mortgage business and a clear 35 year growth plan this is your chance to play a central role in scaling a specialist serviceorientated service mortgage business.
What youll do:
- Build longterm relationships with existing mortgage clients.
- Deliver firstclass advice on mortgage and protection products ensuring compliant clientcentric service.
- With the MD drive business development through marketing events and introducer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for crossselling including protection Wills Trusts GI and wealth referrals.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the business with progression opportunities into management.
What were looking for: Youre not just a technically strong adviser youre someone with drive charisma and a passion for helping clients. You want more than just a job; youre looking for a platform to grow and excel.
Essential:
- CeMAP qualified with 3 years advising experience.
- Experience working with professional or citybased clients.
- Confident with mortgage systems (Trigold/Xplan) and compliance.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm resilient and aspirational mindset.
