About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a modern international company operating in a dynamic environment. In this role you will take ownership of data processes lead analytical initiatives and support digital transformation projects. The client is one of the largest and most wellknown retail chains in Lithuania. Key Responsibilities

Work with large databases: process organize and analyze data

Monitor key performance indicators identify risks and provide datadriven insights
-
Investigate and resolve data issues such as quality concerns discrepancies and missing data
-
Drive the digitalization of reporting transform Excel reports into Power BI dashboards
-
Lead retail budgeting and performance targeting processes
-
Oversee and coordinate changes within the internal ERP system (WWS)
-
Analyze assess optimize and implement business processes
-
Manage and prioritize the work of the analyst team according to company needs
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Econometrics Applied Mathematics Statistics or a related field
-
At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Proficiency in SQL
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas)

Experience with Power BI and other BI tools
-
Familiarity with Python or R is considered an advantage

Fluency in English

Analytical curious and detailoriented mindset

Excellent organizational skills
-
Ability to prepare and deliver highquality presentations to executive leadership PowerPoint skills are a strong advantage)
