Job Description
Were working with a growing technology leader in the energy trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM) space known for its missioncritical software platform supporting commodities such as natural gas electricity crude oil and refined products. As part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a CTRM Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD 60k84k / year (excluding bonus).
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in implementation enhancement and integration projects:
installing configuring testing and supporting software both onsite and remotely. Provide technical support and training for a CTRM platform.

Assist in presales activities including demos and client presentations.

Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Communicate client requirements effectively to technical teams and contribute to system documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in MIS Computer Science/Engineering Business or a related field.
- 12 years of experience with database design SQL .NET and C# (preferred).

Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.

Exposure to objectoriented programming languages such as C#.

Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile Waterfall).

Knowledge of or other frontend JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Energy/commodity trading industry knowledge is a bonus.

Strong troubleshooting communication and presentation skills.
Open to junior candidates with strong technical foundations. Occasional travel may be required.
