Job Description
- Serve as the key point of contact for gathering analyzing and documenting client business requirements ensuring mutual clarity and understanding.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to align with project goals.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance verification and validation while recommending enhancements to IT systems and business processes.
- Work closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements.
- Oversee change requests (CRs) by monitoring progress facilitating reviews and securing stakeholder approvals.
- Deliver consistent project updates and maintain clear timely communication across all relevant parties.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position supporting both business and IT operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a strong background in working effectively within teambased environments.
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Proven capability to analyze complex issues and independently manage demanding project development tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a quick learner with a consistent ability to perform under pressure in fastpaced settings.
- Skilled in critical thinking and logical analysis with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
