Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project objectives and create design solutions that meet their needs Develop and design a variety of materials including logos websites digital ads print collateral and more Stay uptodate with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative designs Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality Present design concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate feedback to produce final designs Work closely with other team members including copywriters developers and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field At least 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in an agency or freelance setting Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment Experience with web design and coding is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as a dynamic and creative work environment.
