As IT Partner you provide professional and high quality service to all business units in site including IT & systems support trainings office equipment standards and operations. You lead implementation of digital solutions and contribution in global IT projects.
Assignment
To perform and manage planned activities such as IT installations upgrades local rebuilds and maintenance activities according to agreed goals defined strategies budget and overall IT investments. Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous uptime of the onsite IT infrastructure.
To take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues as well as priorities issues according to business needs in close cooperation with the global Single Point of Contact (Helpdesk) in an efficient and professional manner issues and know when and how to escalate it in the support chain.
To perform all daily tasks according to set procedures rules and guidelines and ensure that they are aligned within the organization and secure IT communication towards coworkers on site.
To provide technical training for onsite support staff and for new hires including setting up and introducing technical equipment (e.g. laptops). Act as a Digital Workplace ambassador on site.
For local IT security in close cooperation with risk management and information security.
To take proactive approach towards possible risks and opportunities in the area of IT and act as a subject matter expert in this field. Monitor the development of IT technologies and system trends and evaluate their possible business benefits.
To manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT vendors contractors service providers and other stakeholders regarding support upgrades bug reporting change requests etc. when needed.
To continuously work with improvements and actively participate in applicable Workplace Operation Network
Qualifications :
Serviceminded and professional focusing on end users needs and Inter IKEA business operations.
Enjoy identifying and proposing improvements to IT processes and tools.
Motivated to take initiative provide outstanding IT support and solve problems seamlessly with IT Delivery.
Experience in project management tools and methodology.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Selfreliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
