Job Description
Main Tasks
- Formulate and maintain strategies and roadmaps for CSDM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements for data models and Master Data Architecture.
- Devise a product portfolio that corresponds with the Advanced Product Catalogue and Sales/Order Management module.
- Guarantee data integrity and consistency throughout the platform.
- Provide technical advice on data modelling and architecture.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of CSDM.
- Specify integration requirements for ServiceNow modules and external systems.
- Develop detailed design documentation and estimate implementation efforts.
- Supervise upgrades by reviewing documents holding awareness sessions conducting impact assessments and performing tests.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and CSDM module (valid CSA & CIS CMDB and CSDM).
- Experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementations.
- Understanding of data modelling and architecture.
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in data governance and management
