Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and datadriven Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role youll play a key part in optimizing our sales processes managing our CRM systems and delivering actionable insights that support smarter decisionmaking across the sales organization.

You ll be the goto person for sales data reporting forecasting performance tracking and CRM integrity working closely with Sales Marketing and Finance to ensure the sales engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy process alignment and reporting capabilities

  • Develop and manage sales dashboards reports and performance metrics to support daily weekly and monthly reviews

  • Assist in forecasting pipeline revenue and rep productivity using historical data and trends

  • Track and analyze sales performance KPIs (e.g. quota attainment win rate deal velocity)

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine processes territories and lead management workflows

  • Support design and administration of sales incentive and commission tracking

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve sales workflows

  • Provide adhoc analysis and insights to support decisionmaking across the sales organization





Requirements

  • Saudi only

  • 2 4 years of experience in Sales Operations Business Analysis or a similar role

  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar)

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools (e.g. Looker Power BI Tableau)

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B sales environment is a plus
