Salesforce Developer

Requirements

As a Salesforce Developer you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce platforms and related technologies to design develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration optimize performance and deliver highquality products in an agile environment. Your role will involve extensive use of Salesforce tools frameworks and best practices to address complex business requirements and support scalable maintainable solutions.

1. Salesforce Development & Customization:
   

   • Develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components Visualforce pages and Apex classes.
     
   • Configure custom objects fields validation rules flows approval processes reports and dashboards.
     
   • Design reusable components and libraries for multiorg deployments to improve efficiency and scalability.
     
   • Build and optimize Salesforce automation tools including Flow Builder Process Builder and approval processes.
     

2. Integration & Data Management:
   

   • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platforms like MuleSoft.
     
   • Migrate large datasets into Salesforce using tools like Data Loader and thirdparty migration tools.
     
   • Maintain and optimize database schemas using SOQL and Salesforce data modeling techniques.
     

3. UI/UX Customization & Design:
   

   • Customize modern Salesforce UI frameworks including designing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Lightning pages.
     
   • Ensure alignment of UI designs with user experience best practices and business requirements.
     

4. Platform Governance & Security:
   

   • Manage user roles profiles permission sets SSO OAuth flows and sharing rules to maintain platform security.
     
   • Utilize Salesforce Security Center and governance tools for optimization and compliance.
     

5. DevOps & Agile Methodology:
   

   • Implement and manage version control CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for seamless multienvironment deployments.
     
   • Follow Salesforce DevOps lifecycle and agile delivery principles to ensure timely highquality releases.
     

6. Analytics & Reporting:
   

   • Build advanced reports dashboards and analytical views aligned with business goals.
     
   • Use tools like CRMA Power BI and Tableau for enhanced reporting and insights.
     

7. Collaboration & CrossFunctional Engagement:
   

   • Collaborate with teams working on technologies like Python Informatica and MuleSoft.
     
   • Participate in architectural design and requirements discussions in an agile environment.
     
   • Evaluate and implement thirdparty applications from Salesforce s AppExchange to enhance functionality.
     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Salesforce Expertise:
   

   • 7 years of Salesforce technical implementation experience across Service Experience Marketing and Sales Clouds.
     
   • 6 years of experience configuring custom Salesforce solutions (objects fields flows dashboards).
     
   • 4 years of Apex development and 3 years of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
     
   • Extensive experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow Builder and Process Builder.
     

2. Integration & Data Skills:
   

   • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
     
   • Strong expertise in SOQL and data modeling for performance and scalability.
     
   • Experience in data migration using tools like Data Loader.
     

3. Development & Governance:
   

   • Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps tools version control and CI/CD pipelines.
     
   • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization techniques.
     
   • Expertise in multiorg environments custom metadata and settings.
     

4. Analytics & Reporting Tools:
   

   • Proficiency in reporting tools such as CRMA Power BI and Tableau.
     

5. Platform Governance & Security:
   

   • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models user management and sharing rules.
     
   • Experience in Salesforce s governance tools like Security Center.
     

6. Soft Skills:
   

   • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
     
   • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in agile environments.
     
   • Experience in code reviews refactoring and maintaining clean readable code.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce s AppExchange and evaluating thirdparty applications.
  
• Knowledge of tools like Informatica and Python is a plus.
