Job Description
Requirements
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to provide insights for various business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure dashboards are optimised for performance and user experience.
- Build and maintain Power BI datasets ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Use Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data transformation and modelling.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including Snowflake SQL Server and other enterprise systems.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Work closely with business units to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
- Develop selfservice BI capabilities for end users.
- Ensure Power BI workspaces reports and datasets comply with company data governance and security policies.
- Manage user access and permissions within the Power BI service.
- Collaborate with the Head of Data and IT teams to align BI solutions with organisational strategy.
- Provide training and support to business users for effective use of Power BI tools.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of existing Power BI solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to BI processes and tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Data Analytics or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI.
